Avoid the trouble and look for another option besides this service. I ordered a 12 ft trampoline and only received 2 out of 3 boxes. Customer support will respond just to cover themselves, but they tend to ignore further messages, hoping you will give up. The third box eventually arrived a month after the first two. There’s no chance for a return or refund.
