If I could rate this company a 0 then that’s what exactly would be happening. Ordered a balance bike for Christmas and there was a missing part. It’s impossible to speak to someone over the phone and only lodge a ticket via their website.
In summary through countless emails & misleading response on arrival I had to threaten going to NSW Fair Trading & ACCC to get a response.
It’s been 3 months since it was originally purchased and it still cannot be used. If you want reliable customer service then I would be going elsewhere.

Very disappointing experience. I bought an Android tablet and have faced continuous issues with it failing to turn on. After a long troubleshooting session, we managed to get it working once, but that workaround no longer functions. Despite trying different chargers and cables, the problem persists. The tablet has only been used a handful of times, indicating a fault with the device. Unfortunately, the service has stated they won't help since it's outside the warranty period, leaving no return or repair options. The service has been unresponsive to my requests for a warranty claim on a broken trampoline spring and a hole in the mat after only 3 months of use by one child.
