If I could rate this company a 0 then that’s what exactly would be happening. Ordered a balance bike for Christmas and there was a missing part. It’s impossible to speak to someone over the phone and only lodge a ticket via their website.

In summary through countless emails & misleading response on arrival I had to threaten going to NSW Fair Trading & ACCC to get a response.

It’s been 3 months since it was originally purchased and it still cannot be used. If you want reliable customer service then I would be going elsewhere.

Avoid this service and look for options that aren’t exclusively online. I ordered a 12 ft trampoline but only received 2 out of 3 boxes. Customer support may respond to protect themselves, but they often ignore further inquiries, hoping you'll give up. The third box finally arrived a month after the first two, and there’s no chance for a return or refund.

Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience. I bought an Android tablet and have faced continuous issues with it failing to turn on. After a long troubleshooting session, we managed to get it working once, but that workaround no longer functions. Despite trying different chargers and cables, the problem persists. The tablet has only been used a handful of times, indicating a fault with the device. Unfortunately, the service has stated they won't help since it's outside the warranty period, leaving no return or repair options. Given the limited use and ongoing issues, this is truly disappointing.

Frustrating experience with missing parts.

I ordered a 12ft trampoline for my son's birthday and was excited for its arrival. Unfortunately, the box was missing two crucial connectors, preventing assembly. I reported the issue immediately, sent photos as requested, and followed up several times. I was later told the parts must have been misplaced, but I can confirm they were simply not included. This has been deeply disappointing, especially since the trampoline was meant to be the main birthday gift. There's no direct contact number, making it hard to resolve simple issues. I hope the service improves their customer support and quality control, as the trampoline itself looks great.

Disappointed with customer service.

I’m very disappointed with the customer service. I purchased a helmet for my nephew and needed to return it. I submitted two support tickets for a refund/return, but weeks later, I've received no response. It’s even more frustrating that there’s no contact number available, making it difficult to speak to someone directly. It feels like they have intentionally made it hard for customers to resolve issues. According to consumer law, businesses must provide remedies like refunds or returns when requested. By ignoring my tickets and lacking direct contact options, the service is failing to meet these obligations. A company selling children’s safety products should provide reliable support, and my experience has been frustrating and unprofessional.

Extremely unresponsive regarding warranty claims.

The service has been unresponsive to my requests for a warranty claim on a broken trampoline spring and a hole in the mat after only 3 months of use by one child. They have continually ignored my requests for help with parts that should be covered under their advertised warranty. With no contact number listed, my options are limited. I’ve begun the process of filing a formal complaint. I deeply regret purchasing from this service.

Poor customer service experience.

My wife bought several bikes, and the customer service has been terrible. They don’t respond to support emails, and when they do, the language suggests they may be offshore. I would not recommend buying from this service.
