Frustrating experience with missing parts.

I ordered a 12ft trampoline for my son's birthday and was excited for its arrival. Unfortunately, the box was missing two crucial connectors, preventing assembly. I reported the issue immediately, sent photos as requested, and followed up several times. I was later told the parts must have been misplaced, but I can confirm they were simply not included. This has been deeply disappointing, especially since the trampoline was meant to be the main birthday gift. There's no direct contact number, making it hard to resolve simple issues. I hope the service improves their customer support and quality control, as the trampoline itself looks great.
