I’m very disappointed with the customer service. I purchased a helmet for my nephew and needed to return it. I submitted two support tickets for a refund/return, but weeks later, I've received no response. It’s even more frustrating that there’s no contact number available, making it difficult to speak to someone directly. It feels like they have intentionally made it hard for customers to resolve issues. According to consumer law, businesses must provide remedies like refunds or returns when requested. By ignoring my tickets and lacking direct contact options, the service is failing to meet these obligations. A company selling children’s safety products should provide reliable support, and my experience has been frustrating and unprofessional.
