This review pertains to the NZ branch. I ordered a kids' pedal bike, which arrived promptly, but the assembly manual was vague and lacked necessary details. It even stated the bike should be assembled by a trained mechanic, which is unexpected after paying a premium. There was no option to call or message the company through social media. Despite my attempts to get help, I have yet to receive a response, and my daughter’s birthday is tomorrow. The lack of support is disappointing.
