Terrible customer service experience.

Horrible customer service! I ordered a bike in October to give my son today (December 6th). The bike arrived with a broken part, which I reported immediately. I’ve had to chase them for updates, emailing every week, often with no replies. When I finally received a response, they asked for my address again, despite having shipped the bike to me. Now, weeks later, I still have no resolution. I bought this well in advance to avoid issues, but now my son has an incomplete bike. I highly recommend looking for a different company for your purchase.
