If I could rate this company a 0 then that’s what exactly would be happening. Ordered a balance bike for Christmas and there was a missing part. It’s impossible to speak to someone over the phone and only lodge a ticket via their website.
In summary through countless emails & misleading response on arrival I had to threaten going to NSW Fair Trading & ACCC to get a response.
It’s been 3 months since it was originally purchased and it still cannot be used. If you want reliable customer service then I would be going elsewhere.
