They insisted that I suffer their unusable app every day for 15 days before they would consider a refund, even though my request was within the 14-day window allowed by law. It's disappointing to see a company prioritize profit over customer satisfaction and fail to honor its legal obligations. I would advise others to look to more ethical companies with better products.
