I purchased the Little Ones Program/app when my girl was around 8 weeks old while I was scrolling through Facebook in the middle of the night..up again after weeks of sleepiness nights. Within a week my girls sleep improved, it changed my life as a solo mum! Thank you Little Ones 🙏
After I created and posted my review here on the App Store, I went on IG and commented on their videos warning other moms about their scam. I warned them not to waste money on this app because their methods do not work. Every time someone replies to you on the app they make general advice and tells you your baby is under tired but no they are actually over tired. This app and their creators are SCAMMERS!! They should be taken down and taken to court for providing false advice to moms and may be causing more harm to their babies!! How reliable can a company be if they’re going to block those who are not happy with their product? They obviously are failing and don’t want to show sleep deprived moms that their methods don’t work. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!!

this team is amazing and helpful, Little Ones provided a clear, structured routine that really helped improve our baby’s sleep and gave us confidence in what we were doing. The app is easy to follow and the guidance is reassuring during exhausting stages. Overall it made a positive difference for our family.
I have used this sleep training program for my two children. First time round, my son’s sleep cues were very subtle and I hadn’t realized he was constantly overtired making the bedtime at night very difficult (cue nighttime strolls and drives). The sleep and wake times worked really well for him as well as where he was in his motor development (he couldn’t pull himself up at 6 months so that didn’t hinder settling). We were in lockdown so we could work around him.Second time round, I tried it with my daughter. The experience could not have been more different. Leaving her to self settle DID NOT WORK if she didn’t want to do so. She’d pull herself up and fall down constantly, hurting herself. She was very easy to read cues of tiredness so going with those instead of the sleep schedule was more successful. She naturally wanted a longer morning nap. If I cut her morning nap short, she would never manage more than 40 minutes at lunch no matter how much I tried to resettle again, and again, and again. Someone else asked on the village asked about swapping the naps round for the same reason and their answer was “they have a natural lull around midday so sleep better” which made me really cross. They’ve clearly said it DOESN'T work better and yet the sleep advisor gave a non applicable and robotic answer. There were a few other reasons why it didn’t work well at all for us second time, including really being damaging for my mental health and actually making me feel angry towards my baby “this should be working!!”. It actually made her sleep much worse because we’d both started to associate the routine with high levels of stress. And when I packed it all in, gave her as much love as she needed while going to sleep, listened to the sleep cues she so clearly gave me, was responsive to how the night had been when determining when her first nap might need to be, she started beautifully falling into a pattern and went from waking every 1-2 hours at night to once a night, and consistently joining cycles in the day on her first nap too. Moral of story: if it works, it works. If it doesn’t, it is completely inflexible and the cracks in the program and the adaptability of the knowledge of the advisors really start to show.
Highly recommend the app for parents who love routines & can follow a schedule - it is not for the weak. You have to read read read, learn and persist. I’ve learnt everything about sleep training through the app and by the end of it, it’s not really about sleeping but various components that affect their sleep patterns. I’ve recommended this app to various friends but not many will be able to follow it do the same homework. It really takes a passionate parent to follow through, there is no magic pill if you don’t read the Lessons/Troubleshoot notes or decide to give up 3 days in. I was skeptical first because of the feeding recommendations but after awhile your baby adjusts to it.It took a week to readjust current schedule (naps were still a mess and cycles not connecting), a month to learn connecting cycles and self settling, a few weeks to nail the feeding schedule/consistency and 2 months to know my baby’s routine and cues (i no longer relied on physical cues but timing). I didn’t use the app for tracking as I have huckleberry but did use it to track sleep from time to time so the schedule automatically adjusts.
I bought it because I saw they had a money back guarantee and it’s quite expensive. It didn’t work at all for me and my baby and they refuse to refund because I don’t use it EXACTLY as they expect. All babies are different - the app stressed me out and they won’t reimburse. A total scam.
First off... apparently they no longer offer support for kids 3 or older... Which was not the case when the app was purchased. So thought I was getting an app for support throughout childhood and now they're just like.."just kidding...got your money tho!"Secondly...I tried everything. The different sleep approaches. Followed a consistent schedule and routine...anything they suggested I tried. And nothing has worked for my daughter. When I reached out about this they refused a refund and pretty much said sorry about your luck. Don't waste your time or money. Such a negative experience.
