Horrible first time experience. Ordered two items for my newborn for Christmas. They never arrived, but I got an email saying they were delivered. I contacted customer service. They said they’d make a one time exception and replace my order. But the items I ordered were out of stock. So I asked for a full refund instead. They said unfortunately once the carrier marks the package as delivered, there’s nothing they can do. They’d only offer me store credit as a “one time courtesy.” What kind of company treats new customers this way? Why would I lie about never receiving a $45 package? I will absolutely never shop here ever again. I wouldn’t do it either unless you hope to get screwed over.
