Extremely disappointing first experience.

Extremely disappointing first experience. I ordered two items for my newborn for Christmas, but they never showed up. I received an email indicating they had been delivered. When I reached out to customer support, they mentioned they would make a one-time exception to replace my order, but the items were out of stock. I then requested a full refund, but was informed that once the carrier marks a package as delivered, there was nothing they could do. They only offered store credit as a "one-time courtesy." What kind of service treats new customers like this? Why would I fabricate a claim about a $45 package? I will never shop here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re prepared to face similar issues.

Horrible first time experience

Horrible first time experience. Ordered two items for my newborn for Christmas. They never arrived, but I got an email saying they were delivered. I contacted customer service. They said they’d make a one time exception and replace my order. But the items I ordered were out of stock. So I asked for a full refund instead. They said unfortunately once the carrier marks the package as delivered, there’s nothing they can do. They’d only offer me store credit as a “one time courtesy.” What kind of company treats new customers this way? Why would I lie about never receiving a $45 package? I will absolutely never shop here ever again. I wouldn’t do it either unless you hope to get screwed over.

Half the time you won’t receive your order

Products are okay very soft and stretchy and if they last will fit for a long time. Consistency in the material and sizing varies, some feel paper thin and those do rip very easily, some feel thicker and have lasted. The size of the wrist and leg holes very as well, on the same size, some are very tight and some are more comfortable for my son. My main issue with this company is their shipping. Since May I’ve ordered from them a total of 8 times and half of them I’ve need to contact them because they never arrived. They have replaced them or refunded me, but the popularity of the products may result in you not actually receiving your order. Shop with caution.

Wonderful pajamas

This is the second time I have purchased from Little Sleepies. My recent purchase had a tiny hole in it. I contacted them and they sent me a replacement. The customer service was quick and went above and beyond. I will continue to purchase and recommend this brand to others.

I was sent a defective item and…

I was sent a defective item and attempted to contact customer service via both phone and email almost every day for a week and a half. I unfortunately did not hear back and little sleepies has since lost my business. If you're going to spend money on high-quality bamboo pajamas, definitely go elsewhere. It is not worth your time, effort and hard earned money when their customer service doesn't have the decency to even return a phone call or email. Your business is not important to them and I will be making sure all my friends and family know this.

Equality fail

At first I loved my little sleepies, affordable and adorable. However, the ethics of the company concern me enough to never buy again. During one of their design complain a few designs were made to reflect religious beliefs. Those posts at the comments turned off immediately. None of the posts had the comments turned off. For a company that claims to believe in equality, this was very disappointing. I will no longer be purchasing from little sleepies.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Amazing – Perfect for the Whole Family!I can’t say enough good things about Little Sleepies PJs! A friend highly recommended them, and we’re so glad we gave them a try. We managed to get our whole family matching sets, ranging from our 1-year-old to our 14-year-old, and the quality is beyond amazing. The fabric is soft, super stretchy, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for both sleep and lounging around.The best part is the sizing is generous, meaning the kids (and adults!) get plenty of wear out of them. We absolutely love matching as a family, and even our teenage boys enjoy wearing them, which says a lot!We ordered from the USA as we couldn’t find any company like this in England, and it was well worth

Poor customer service

Poor customer service! I ordered many times before, been their customer for several times a year. Orders took a long time to arrive but I did not complained. This time, the order was not delivered even though I got email notification that my order has been delivered. Nothing in my mailbox or by my front door ( I have a ring camera, no delivery was made). I emailed little sleepies customer service, they assured me that they will be contacting the carrier and will resolve the situation. Few days went by, no package, no refund! I emailed them again, they informed me that package is probably lost and they can not resolve the situation. No refund and no items are ordered! Will not be ordering from them again! Calling my credit card to dispute this awful little sleepies customer service issue!

I used to be a fan of Little Sleepies…

I used to be a fan of Little Sleepies as they had cute prints and I spent $$$ on a lot of orders. I finally reached out to their customer service team about one order (asking to swap an item that I gave as a Christmas gift to a larger size even though it was past their 30 days and I admit I did purchase it awhile back because it had been a gift. The item was still in stock). I wasn’t asking for a refund… I wasn’t asking for money back. When I’ve literally spend thousands with a company and never a return (so this was my first outreach), asked to make this size swap as the item was unworn, with tags and still in stock. No go. They recommended to us to try and sell it on one of the reseller websites. This request, even though outside of their normal T&Cs, would cost them nothing but would create a customer for life or validate their customer relationship as again, I’ve spent a lot of money with them and this was my first and only request. I’ve worked in customer service for decades and there is a threshold you as a company make a decision of, “Do I allow this one time exception for the customer relationship/to provide a delightful experience or do I treat it a customer like a number as these are the rules?” They want to be a premium brand but lack the premium brand customer experience.
