Extremely disappointing first experience. I ordered two items for my newborn for Christmas, but they never showed up. I received an email indicating they had been delivered. When I reached out to customer support, they mentioned they would make a one-time exception to replace my order, but the items were out of stock. I then requested a full refund, but was informed that once the carrier marks a package as delivered, there was nothing they could do. They only offered store credit as a "one-time courtesy." What kind of service treats new customers like this? Why would I fabricate a claim about a $45 package? I will never shop here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re prepared to face similar issues.
