Parents Beware, I was unhappy with my baby blends as they were bland and my baby enjoyed none of the food. At the time I could only see the option to pause membership versus cancel. So I paused membership for 2 months. Being a busy mom with multiples it slipped my mind to call and cancel but I never received notice regarding upcoming order until the day of hours before “cut off time to cancel” they give you until 5pm to cancel day of and I canceled at 9pm. Customer service sited that someone is already cooking my babies food at 9pm @ night!? Baby food I might add that my child is not going to eat because he hates purées and is now 2 months older. This companies unwillingness to work with parents especially during this climate is repulsive. There was no text message no set of multiple emails leading up to remind of the upcoming order. Customer service rep stated verbatim “don’t sweat” they will ensure to text for next order. A joke!
