Been twice to the branch in Nottingham. Both times Leanne made us feel super welcome. Went for a scan at 10 weeks and then found out the gender of our baby at just over 15 weeks. The sonographers were amazing both times, super informative and really thorough, they made sure I felt at ease and comfortable throughout. At our gender scan baby was moving a lot meaning our keepsake photos were blurry. They suggested walking around for a minute and then offered to rescan completely free and after the branch had closed. Customer service at it's best. My son (8yrs) was made to feel super special and was provided with lots of chocolates (sorry about that!) Would 10000% recommend for a personalised, special service. Thankyou all so much xx
