I recently volunteered for a 4D scan at the clinic as part of their CPD session, and I had such a wonderful experience.
The sonographers — Leslay, Ayesha, Madiha, Huma and Asma — were incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring throughout. They made sure to follow all safety guidelines during the session, which gave me complete peace of mind. Even though several sonographers scanned me as part of their training, everything felt well-organised, respectful, and carefully managed.
Despite having an anterior placenta and being 31 weeks pregnant, they still managed to capture some really beautiful and clear pictures of my baby, which I know isn’t always easy — I was so impressed and grateful!
A special mention to Leanne at reception — she was absolutely amazing and made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived.
The clinic was very clean and beautifully set up, with a big screen that made seeing my baby even more special. The lighting for the gender reveal was stunning — even though I already knew the gender, they still made it feel extra magical and memorable.
I received lots of gorgeous pictures and was able to download my video and images afterward, which I’m so grateful for. Overall, it was such a positive, professional, and heartwarming experience. Our private gender reveal ultrasound was absolutely wonderful. My partner's parents were with us for this memorable moment to find out the baby's gender and see their grandchild for the first time. Watching the baby on the big screen, hearing that first heartbeat, and discovering the gender was truly magical. They provide a great selection of reasonably priced extras, and we are excited to have a heartbeat bear along with digital photos and videos to treasure forever. We can’t wait to come back for a 4D ultrasound and highly recommend this place to anyone thinking about a private scan.

Simply amazing!! From the moment we entered, we were greeted with cheerful smiles, and the staff was incredibly kind! The waiting room is lovely as well, featuring comfortable seating! During the scan, I felt anxious since this is my first baby, but the staff was wonderful and reassuring, making me feel truly cared for while sharing in the excitement.

Had a wonderful experience today for my endometrial thickness scan. The staff were fantastic, friendly, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to assist us and were extremely thorough. The chocolates offered at reception were a lovely touch. The staff listened to our concerns about the treatment and wished us luck. They even called later to confirm we received our report via email. Talk about excellent customer service! I couldn't be more pleased with my experience and I'm so grateful for the staff today. I regret not remembering names but would appreciate it if you could pass along the feedback to the appropriate team. Thanks again!
Wonderful experience during the early scan from start to finish. The sonographer was very knowledgeable and shared plenty of information—even about which ovary had ovulated. Very reassuring; I had a scan elsewhere, and while that was fine, this place goes above and beyond to ensure comfort. Excellent service, and I will be returning for follow-up scans.
Incredible service during a stressful time! While away from home, I experienced bleeding. Within 30 minutes, I had an appointment and a full scan to check on the baby, and everything was fine. As this is my first pregnancy, the quick response was very reassuring. The staff were all so friendly. I highly recommend their service.
6-week reassurance scan (Nottingham): BRILLIANT! We have visited twice now for early scans (with separate babies) and both times have been absolutely amazing. It's no fluke that everyone here is lovely. We always feel at ease, and everything is explained thoroughly. After losing our first, returning this time was even more nerve-wracking, yet we were met with so much kindness and knowledge from the moment we walked in until we left. I hope they never change. If you're considering going here, I cannot stress enough that it is worth every penny. Thank you!
