I never received the order , It looked like it has been delivered to a pickup point, yet when I went to pick it up the pickup point was closed, DHL doesn’t know where it is neither do they care. The seller has been very passive - they did open an investigation and send their sincere apologies- but I would have to wait for days if not weeks till I receive a refund. It seems that other users had to wait a whole month before receiving the refund. I explained that I’m traveling and won’t be able to pick it up if it’s late-still, they couldn’t care less. They also refused to send a duplicate order, which would have solved the problem. I expected so much more given the positive reviews I saw on trust pilot - it has been 2 painful days of running after an order that I will never receive. I understand these incidents happen - and they have happened to me before-yet there are proactive and effective ways in which customer-centric companies deal with such situations to ensure you are at least fair to your customers. I have seen none of that dealing with little wonderland - only excuses that their policy is like that, and they are not willing to do much . Please save yourself the time and effort and choose to buy elsewhere - maybe this company used to be good at some point when they received all these positive reviews- but looks like that's not the case anymore. What a shame little wonderland.
