Review Time
This was my first time ordering from Little Wonderland, and I ordered two tubes of Dr. Altea 345 Relief Cream because, according to the image on the website and the ingredient list, this was supposed to be the version I needed. I also noted in the comment field during checkout that I needed exactly the version shown in the product image and ingredient list on Little Wonderland’s website—not the new version. Furthermore, to be extra sure, I even wrote to customer service and informed them that I needed the old version, and they actually confirmed this to me in writing by Customer Service. But what did I receive two days later? The new version, which my skin cannot tolerate. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any response from Little Wonderland yet, but if that changes and the Little Wonderland team helps me out, I’ll be happy to change this review to a positive one and delete the negative one.
