Honestly, I spent over an hour in this comedy routine and still no human agent appeared.They claim their support hours are 9:00 to 17:00, but apparently that’s just aspirational. And when I tried to send an email—plot twist!—the link is broken, so I don’t even have the right address to prove they sent me the wrong stuff.This store went from “great service” to “great headache.” If you enjoy wasting time with a chatbot that thinks it’s Schrödinger’s customer support (both helpful and useless at the same time), then this is the place for you.
