I have been a regular customer for over a year now. 19 days ago made my last order....still haven't received it and can't reach anyone to resolve or respond to my complaint.Not a single person that will answer.Everyday a bot asks me the same 3 questions with response that someone will contact me via email ....no one has contacted me.....you can't reach them over chat or e-mail or instagram....wasted 107€ and have no one to tell me what's happening ....TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
