Worst place to order anything!!Every time time I ordered anything from them they would screw up the shipping. Packages wouldn’t get delivered and go missing. The last time my package got lost and they took their sweet time (1 month) sending a new one, and to add on they also forgot to pay me back for the products they couldn’t ship again because by that time they were already sold out. They told me they would refund me but once again took their sweet time and didn’t do anything until I send them an email again telling them that I’ve already waited a month for their refund and still didn’t receive it. Had to write them so many emails for them to do their job right. Honestly never had any experience like this anywhere else online. Really unbelievable how they don’t do their job unless you keep sending them emails in order to remind them. Most unprofessional store I’ve every ordered anything from. If I were you I’d look into other online stores for k-beauty items, there are far better ones. It would save you so much stress and money. Never ordering from this incompetent store again.
