Gestione servizio clienti impeccabile: per un problema relativo alla spedizione (avevo indicato la consegna presso un dhl service point ma non era disponibile) sono stato tempestivamente contattato tramite mail e ho ricevuto assistenza estremamente cordiale e professionale, nella mia lingua peraltro (aspetto non banale). I tempi della spedizione sono stati poi molto veloci. Ottimo l'imballaggio e molto apprezzati i vari campioncini presenti. Unico appunto/dubbio, la scadenza dei prodotti che ho acquistato non era a lunghissimo termine (circa 6 mesi), in ogni caso sufficiente per un utilizzo comodo. Per il prezzo pagato per i prodotti è giustificatissimo, avrei semplicemente gradito che fosse più esplicito in fase di acquisto (ma forse sono stato distratto io).Solido riferimento per acquisti di skincare coreana con un ottimo assortimento.Just perfect.
