I couldn't get in touch with anyone regarding my query. The representative cut me off while I was speaking, claiming the office was closed. I called back and after 12 minutes of waiting, I was put on hold again. Both calls were made from outside the country, and now I'm left waiting for my money. There’s no local contact number, and online chat isn’t an option. I've been a customer for over 25 years, and now I have to write a complaint instead of being able to reach the head office locally. It's a complete mess. Once I'm done with my payments, I won't use this service again. It's unacceptable; I need assistance urgently, and my bank suggested I reach out, but it’s been fruitless.
