Been a customer of littlewoods for many many years , finding the quality and sizes of clothes getting poorer , I find i return alot of clothing nowadays , and returning items from different outlets takes absolutely ages to get it refunded back to me , so avoid different outlets if I can
I was really pleased with the way I found what I was looking for and it took just one press on my keyboard and it was ordered and I was also pleased with the communication when it was shipped and also when I would receive it GREAT SERVICE thank you.😁👍
Littlewoods is a great company in my experience. I have ADHD and the times I’ve needed to call customer services they have been patient and understanding. They take the time to explain to me processes and don’t rush or be little me when I don’t understand.
There is a cost of living crisis going on but you still charge your customers £12 for a late payment for just a couple of days, or do Littlewoods not care about their customers, i have been seriously ill as well and suicidal because of my various on going health problems / issues, which are both physical and my mental, i have had to make late payments before as well a couple of times and been charged £12 each time, if Littlewoods are that desperate for money then shame on your company.
I have been a customer account holder with Littlewoods for about 34 years now, but once i have made my remaining payments i will be closing my account down.

I couldn't get in touch with anyone regarding my query. The representative cut me off while I was speaking, claiming the office was closed. I called back and after 12 minutes of waiting, I was put on hold again. Both calls were made from outside the country, and now I'm left waiting for my money. There’s no local contact number, and online chat isn’t an option. I've been a customer for over 25 years, and now I have to write a complaint instead of being able to reach the head office locally. It's a complete mess. Once I'm done with my payments, I won't use this service again. It's unacceptable; I need assistance urgently, and my bank suggested I reach out, but it’s been fruitless.
Stunning home accessories. The process of ordering a throw and a rug was incredibly gratifying, particularly since they were discounted. The quality of both items is outstanding, and I’m very happy with the price, quality, and overall purchase. They enhance my home beautifully.
I've never experienced such fast service before! I ordered a top, and it arrived just 2 days later. It was too large, so I set up a return and ordered a smaller size. Remarkably, it also arrived in just 2 days (without paying for expedited shipping), so I'm extremely satisfied!
If I could rate this lower, I would. I received only half of my order. I had ordered a chest of drawers that was supposed to come in two packs, but they sent me two of pack 1 and none of pack 2. I got rid of my old drawers to make space for the new ones. Now, I can't assemble the drawers. When I reached out to customer support, I was told I need to either return the items or reorder to fix their error. It's unfair that I have to correct their mistake and wait another three weeks for the furniture I've already paid for! There’s an option to order just the missing parts with free delivery, but the item numbers listed on the website don’t match those in the instruction manual.
As a long-time and loyal customer, I have always made timely payments and rarely missed any obligations. When unforeseen circumstances caused delays in the past, I consistently communicated with the payment team. Unfortunately, I was two days late with my monthly bill this time, which led to my account being suspended and all transactions halted. Two financial advisors suggested I escalate the issue to the complaints team, echoing my feelings about the unfairness of this situation. My financial circumstances have not changed over the last five years, and I feel that the company's values towards customers have shifted, leading to this abrupt decision. This does not reflect the efforts of the financial advisors who are managing these challenges.
