Do not buy from Lityflow! I placed an order for some Halloween products in September expecting to receive them before Halloween. A week or so before Halloween I emailed them to find out what was happening and eventually got a response from ‘Red Liu’ saying my package was being prepared for delivery and a completely different tracking number to the original one they gave me. The original tracking number was unable to be used once the product had apparently arrived in the uk customs. This new one they sent still didn’t work for me, but they screenshot a picture to me showing it had left customs and was on its way. I have still not received the product, so ended up having to do a chargeback with my bank. Thankfully that was straightforward, although the company have tried to argue the charge back, the bank have asked them for evidence of everything including delivery which so far doesn’t look like they have provided. This company makes out like it’s a local UK company but it actually appears to be based much further away in East Asia at a guess. They are just out to take money and aren’t sending anyone the products by the looks of the other reviews. Avoid them at all costs!If you’ve already ordered and haven’t seen any products, I would speak to your bank/card provider about doing a chargeback.
