I clearly asked for a refund from the start when I realsied my items were "lost". They keep saying they will replace them - They won't!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Scam! Never received my order and they say there’s nothing they can do as it’s up to my courier. Just wasted my money. They clearly never sent it and are just scamming people.

Absolute scam artist

Absolute scam artist - stay away from these scammers. claim item was delivered with no evidence it was and when requested a refund says they need to wait on courier to provide a response.Been over 40 days and they are still awaiting a response from courier - clearly this is an excuse to scam people.Unwilling to provide a refund clearly shows a scam.luckily i have purchased on CC so will claim money back. Will also report them to other institutions so these scammers are closed down.

I did see reviews that this company was…

I did see reviews that this company was legit but they were clearly fake.I have had the same issue as others, was in all day have cameras on my house and the tracking said my parcel was there and the company are claiming I signed for it. I have told them I have not and I want to know where my parcel is. They claim they do not know which courier company has been used.Avoid at all costs!!!
