Bought the item through the website as stated the company operated from 37 croydon road, bromley. Br3 Never received the item. Used the email address online to contact them service@lityflow and email communication has been poor. They are operating from china NOT uk. HNFproperties in London manage the letting of this property and confirm nobody of that name is registered and the owner will be made aware. After reviewing trust pilot it is very clear that nonody who orders through this website ever gets their product or a refund
