If I could rate zero, I would.I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Liv Bank. I’ve been waiting for over six months for them to resolve an issue, but nothing has been done despite repeated follow-ups. The lack of seriousness and accountability from their side is frustrating.Fortunately, I never used my account, otherwise I would have wasted even more time chasing after them for a solution. This whole experience has left me with no confidence in their services.I’ve decided to completely close my account and would not recommend Liv Bank to anyone looking for reliable service.
