‼️ Fraud & Scammer One of the fraud & scammed bank card in dubai. I have not used 3 years this account and I have negative 469 AED that I need to pay. How ? If other banks, if account is not using 6 months , bank will send notification that account will be freezing until the customer engage with bank. But this no even one reminder or email or mention that account process until customer found out. This is huge fraud. I have sent email to customer care and request to cancel it & they mentioned that amount will be waiving off. Anyhow again customer care calling to me and inform that I need to pay 3000 aed then after deducting negative balance, after few days that will be revert back to my account 😵💫 what kind of process? I asked send email on this to be grantee , but customer care person ignored it. I am not going to pay anything this kind of fraud will take for action against.
