Your customer service is terrible. I’ve been messaging the help center, and the agent just says “Hi” and then closes the conversation. No one replies to my messages for 3-4 days!!! Even on WhatsApp, no agent at all!! When I respond to liv customer service , they immediately close the chat. Are you employing AI bots? I still have no update on my card because one of your customer agents blocked it without even sending a replacement!
