Worst online banking support in the UAE, i messaged their support to have my account closed immediately. I had to wait for more than an hour for them to reply and when they replied they just told me to use the app and ended the chat before i can even reply. And the reason i wanted to close my account is because at some point they had to hold my account for an investigation because of unexpected charges. And they held my account and my money for almost a year and nobody who i messaged or called, nobody would answer me or help me, they do not have an office where you can run to and have important issues resolved, and the worse part is their support is so bad hands down one of my worst customer support experiences in UAE. I swear there are so many other options for online banking across UAE with better services and online banking. If you have a LIV account I would highly suggest closing it and find an actual bank where it would be safer and more reliable to keep your money. (I can’t post screenshots here so I’ll just mention the name of the person i was chatting with. Name was “pinku”)
