My name is Amina, my liv account has been closed 3 weeks ago and since then I’ve been calling liv call center to solve my issue and transfer the money to my new bank account. I have been requested to fill a form and shared my new bank details for transferring my balance, shared my ID, passport and salary certificate, the agents named Sharlene, Musaab and Rayan informed it will go threw in 2 to 3 working days. However, it’s been almost one month and I did not receive any response from liv agents, not even an email. I have contacted again today to check if there is any update. The chat agent named Hanin informed that the funds are ready for collection under a reference number. I was about to leave my work and go to the ITM she advised for money Collection. Then I have decided to call them and double check. After speaking with one of the call center agents named Rihab, she gave a completely different answer and informed that the fund is not ready for collection!! I advise not to trust this bank agents as all I have received is different misleading answers from each of them. Until now, my case has not been solved and am struggling to get what’s mine ! Please be aware that you will be dealing with one of the worst customer services before opening a liv account.
