Absolutely horrendous experience. Ordered a t-shirt in 2 different sizes, neither of which fitted comfortably. "Customer Service" took ages to get back to me, almost as if they were stalling in the hope that I might go away, only to eventually message me a copy of the size chart...the absolute cheek of the company, like I'd not checked it before ordering. Like I said, the fact was the t-shirt didn't have an overall comfortable fit, not that I'd ordered the wrong size. Then, eventually, they got back to me to say that as a gesture of goodwill (how very noble of them) they would allow me to return the unsatisfactory t-shirts to their return warehouse in the US at my own cost. Absolutely not worth it as I'd end up with barely anything refunded so they went in the bin.
