Absolutely a bunch of scammers. Charging people for hidden subscriptions. Unable to cancel recurring payments and no details of how to claim refunds online. Says error. Will look at legal representation as this is fraud and theft!

Bought 2 hoodies because the message is great. Received hoodies in reasonable time and they are OK quality - I didn't expect them to be fantastic, and to be honest I don't really care because the sentiment of the message is why I will wear them.

BUT...

Now I find that charges that I have not authorised or been correctly notified about are being taken from my card!!

We never want anyone to feel taken advantage of, particularly given the sensitive nature of mental health, and your feedback has been taken very seriously.

Well if you are SORRY why is it STILL happening?? Ordering your hoodies is an unnecessarily complex task and a sceptical person might say that this is done on purpose in order to con people in to these extra charges!

VERY VERY disappointing that you are praying on people who have good intentions and want to get this great message out to the world.

You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Hoodies are ok quality. Sizing is ok large fits a uk 16. I made a mistake with my order and the customer service was excellent, fast response and fixed the problem for me. Also received some free products with my order. Delivery can take a week or 2

I ordered a sweater a couple weeks ago and I read that it takes time to get things from them so I was already expecting that. I made sure not to sign up for the subscription because I see people accidentally do that. As far as the sweater I absolutely love mine and I love the color pink that it came in!!

Absolutely disgusting company that con you into paying for a subscription to an app and then tell you that you must have added it yourself, they then take £12 a month from your account. So, so underhand. I really wish I’d read the reviews here before placing an order for a sweatshirt that is supposed to help mental health. All this company is doing is pushing people into stressful situations by charging them for apps they never signed up for and may not be able to afford. Dispicable company. Please, please don’t order from them. If I could’ve given no stars for this review I would have.

I was a bit put off when I read the reviews after I'd made my purchase and accepted that I'd been ripped off and would be waiting weeks for a piece of tat.
I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived! The hoodie itself is a nice material. It's soft and the sizing is good. I wouldn't expect much more for £19. I think you've got to accept that if you're only paying less than 20 quid for a hoodie, you're not getting high end but... it's absolutely fine for what it is.
I like the message. The lettering might not survive a few hot washes but I'll wash it on cold and see how it does. If they do fall off I've still got a comfy hoodie out of it.
The shipping took 10 days. It arrived well packaged and with a free wristband which was nice.
I was geared up to add to the list of bad reviews but overall the experience has been ok.

I ordered a hoodie in Dec, it took forever to arrive and the quality is cheap and nasty and I expected it to be cotton. The worst part is that each month I appear to be paying a £13 subscription that I didn't sign up for and can't see to stop it! I've repeatedly emailed with no response. I can't seem to even access the app where I see some have managed to find a way to unsubscribe. Like most, I wanted to support a mental health charity. This is an appalling site using such an important charity to make money.
