I was on hold for 42 minuts waiting to talk to a representative. Started with me being number 4 in the Q. When I got to be number 1, it said that the person I would like to talk to is not availabe, and I was disconected.I was trying to report that I received only 10 chromis instead of 13. And at least half of those will not make it due to the poor packing. (I did loose six of the ten within two days) I wonder if they just hate the number 13, or they can only count to up to10?I kept calling the "customer service" to discuss a credit for the missing three chromis, and more importantly to point to them their slobby packing practice which leads to loss of life of expensive fish. But I never could get through.... Oh that damn "Q"....I tried email them several times, with no answer. They used to be much better, when they were Drs Foster and Smith.com but now they have fallen. What a shame!...NEVER AGAIN!
