They advertise fish they don't have any intention of selling you. You'll spend time placing an order only for half of it to arrive and then a refund to your credit card...and you'll be lucky if your order arrives on the scheduled shipping date. Customer service is nonexistent. With so many different online options out there, there is absolutely no reason to choose "Live"Aquaria; this company has hit rock bottom in every facet. Never again.

Absolute worst place to order livestock on internet!Total lack of customer support. They're telephones are disconnected, they don't reply to email messages and the livestock they sell arrives DOA. Terrible business.I will never buy from Live aquaria again!
Two weeks in a row, I ordered fish and two weeks in a row they were unable tom fill the order... Horrible unless you buy diver's den items. However, even the diver's den fish are not packaged properly and may not survive. Save yourself the trouble and use someone else.They are not organized or decently run. This business has severe issues.
This place is a joke. You place an order, pay for it, expect it to be shipped, then nothing. FYI, even if the fish is available when you buy it, they don't hold it for you. It has to be in their inventory when they are ready to ship. Whenever that is. No idea when it might show up. No idea if they even have what you ordered. No idea when they will ship it. If you ask, they say check your e-mail midnight the day before it's "supposed" to be shipped. Of course, they don't really know when they will be ready to ship so it's a total guessing game. Can't believe I've been suckered into this poorly run business. Worst experience of my life from a "reputable" business.
I was on hold for 42 minuts waiting to talk to a representative. Started with me being number 4 in the Q. When I got to be number 1, it said that the person I would like to talk to is not availabe, and I was disconected.I was trying to report that I received only 10 chromis instead of 13. And at least half of those will not make it due to the poor packing. (I did loose six of the ten within two days) I wonder if they just hate the number 13, or they can only count to up to10?I kept calling the "customer service" to discuss a credit for the missing three chromis, and more importantly to point to them their slobby packing practice which leads to loss of life of expensive fish. But I never could get through.... Oh that damn "Q"....I tried email them several times, with no answer. They used to be much better, when they were Drs Foster and Smith.com but now they have fallen. What a shame!...NEVER AGAIN!
I would leave zero stars but it doesn't give me that option. I received two dead fish today. I received the box directly from the UPS driver and it's spent zero time sitting on my porch. I immediately opened up the box to find two bags of dead fish. The bags were far too small for these fish with little to no air in them. Would never order from here again and cannot and get in touch with them for a refund.
