I was ordering a gift from Live Bearded for my boyfriend and had difficulty. It was difficulty on my end not theirs. I reached out to their customer service department because I became so frustrated. They promptly got back to me. They placed my order for me and to my surprise they didn’t charge me because of my frustration and the time I had put into trying to place this order. They were so kind and so patient with me. I appreciated so much how they dealt with me. My boyfriend loves their products. He has been using them for a long time and he wanted to try a new scent and I wanted to surprise him with the Kit of the scent he wanted to try. I have watched numerous videos that they put out to their customers. I’ve read how they started their company. Their company plan is great! The owners, employees and customers are fantastic. It’s truly like a family. According to my boyfriend who has tried several different beard company products this is hands down his favorite! Highly recommend Live Bearded for so many reasons I just can’t imagine you’ll be disappointed. I believe you’ll be more than satisfied not only with their product but with their company as well!
