I strongly recommend everyone to steer clear of this service. I signed up for a trial in November 2024 to create my CV, but they continued to charge my card 23 USD each month for a full year without my permission and without delivering any service. This is completely unauthorized billing and unfair profit.
They only refunded 5 months, despite charging me for 12 months. I am still waiting for the refund of the remaining 7 months.
This company uses deceptive subscription tactics, and my experience has been very frustrating.
