I was completely unaware that they were going to charge me for services that I haven't used. The company is a blatant waste of money and I wouldn't have wasted my money on their tinpot of a company had I have known that I hadn't cancelled my subscription. I am ashamed that I have contributed any money to their scam of a company. And I hope they are exposed as the scam artists that they are. I dont even wish to be refunded, I just hope that they cease operations immediately to prevent anyone else being exposed to their horrific business model. I wish nothing but sorrow to anyone involved with their operations. I wish all the worst for them

The CV design section was extremely helpful and easy to use. A wide selection of templates were available and the description of each template style and its strengths was super useful too.
My experience was excellent. The customer care executive was knowledgeable, attentive, and very helpful. They addressed my concerns with clarity and professionalism, which made the entire interaction smooth and satisfying.
Initially, I used the platform to update my CV, and that went well. However, I was unaware of a £19.85 subscription fee. Upon reviewing my account, I discovered this amount had been deducted for the past six months, totaling nearly £120 for a single use of the service. This information should be much more transparent.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with the service. My bank account was charged for four consecutive months without my clear consent or authorization. There was no transparent notification regarding a recurring subscription, nor was there any explicit approval for ongoing payments. This practice is deceptive and unacceptable. I only intended to utilize the service once, yet funds were withdrawn repeatedly without adequate notification. Clearly, customer trust is not a priority here. I strongly recommend that others exercise extreme caution with this platform and regularly review their bank statements after using it. What occurred felt like a scam, and I will never engage with this service again.
They are complete scammers. Even after cancellation, they continue to charge you, and blocking your card doesn't help since they use tokenized payments. I had to ask my bank to block their transactions. When I requested a refund for three months of payments (about €70), they only returned €11. Stay away at all costs; it's a scam.
I strongly recommend everyone to steer clear of this service. I signed up for a trial in November 2024 to create my CV, but they continued to charge my card 23 USD each month for a full year without my permission and without delivering any service. This is completely unauthorized billing and unfair profit.
They only refunded 5 months, despite charging me for 12 months. I am still waiting for the refund of the remaining 7 months.
This company uses deceptive subscription tactics, and my experience has been very frustrating.
