They are complete scammers. Even after cancellation, they continue to charge you, and blocking your card doesn't help since they use tokenized payments. I had to ask my bank to block their transactions. When I requested a refund for three months of payments (about €70), they only returned €11. Stay away at all costs; it's a scam.
