They try to lure you with low or free packages, then you try to end subscription which is complicated and complex. Almost as if they hid the 'end subscription' button on purpose. As a Gen Y'er I tried to manage ending it, but for people who are not familiar with suck 'spamming' tricks, they can end up paying monthly subscriptions for nothing. Be aware of this modern way of scamming in my opinion. Tool itself is okay, but the suspicious behaviour around it isn't trustful.
