Update: I reached out to the company again and received a refund for the expedited shipping, but I’m still unsure if my gift will arrive on time. The next day, an account manager contacted me to apologize and offered a full shipping refund. First Review: I ordered two cars for my son on November 20. It's now December 11, and they still haven't shipped. I paid $50 for expedited shipping, which was supposed to take 7-12 business days, but here we are three weeks later with no shipment. Their response indicates it takes 15-21 days, which is not what I paid for!
