Their website claims orders are fulfilled within 15-21 business days, yet my order remained marked as "awaiting fulfillment" even after that period. When I reached out, I received the same unhelpful response. After following up to confirm that my item hadn't been processed or shipped, I faced a two-day wait for a reply, despite their stated response time of 6-12 hours. The representative was unhelpful and rude, providing minimal information about my order. They accepted my payment without issue, but getting my product was a struggle. After some back and forth, I learned there were delays with their supplier. I expressed my frustration and asked for an estimated arrival time, to which I was told 7-10 business days. After that period passed, my order still said "awaiting fulfillment." When I inquired again, I was met with the same excuse about shipping delays. There was no proactive communication; I had to beg for updates, and the responses were consistently rude. I eventually asked to cancel my order, and the representative tried to offer discounts for future purchases, which I firmly rejected. I refuse to give my business to such an unprofessional and poorly communicative service. I strongly advise against purchasing from here if you seek a positive experience.
