This policy seems unreasonable; if I need someone else to assist while I'm unavailable, it shouldn't require an extra fee. It feels like an attempt to push unnecessary upgrades rather than focus on customer needs. Consequently, I’m switching to a free alternative that is rapidly improving and offers better value.
