This company is amazing, I would give it 4 and a half stars because it is so close to earning a 5 stars but I don't know how to do that. The company sells a wide range of live food, supplements, pre packaged food for tortoises and other type of reptiles, they also sell reptile equipment like lighting, decor, insect feed, and many other things needed for reptiles. The only complaint I have about the range of stuff is that they don't have many sizes like in the UVB lighting section they have different brands and different % but when I was needing a certain size which is a bit big and they didn't sell it so I had to pay a lot more money then I should've for the lighting size I needed because the website didn't do big sizes. The live food each have a description of what it is, where/how the insects are kept and with some insects like the miro worms it is stated what they are more suitable for animal wise and if needed to feed to reptiles to only use to make the reptile fatter but not to use it as a main part of the reptiles diet which I think is amazing as some people don't know what should just be used sometimes feed compared to what they should be given all the time. This website is the best one I've been to, to get food and stuff for my bearded dragon and they have fast shipping. I order adult loctus and not had a problem so far the only thing I get confused with is I do sometimes get 1 or 2 medium or hatchlings lotus in the bag of 25 adult lotus but that could just happen so it's most likely no one's mistake, I haven't had any lotus show up dead and if I do it's just 4 that have dead which I know will happen especially if it is cold out which I do get warned about when ordering and when I open the package it also has a paper stating if there's any dead ones it mainly will be because of the coldness and they may come back when they get to room temperature. The insects and stuff are packaged amazingly I have had none escape the bag/ tub, the box just has some dirt/mud on the bottom of the box which does cause a mess but I don't mind some people might but I don't see an issue with it. And also when I order powder supplements like calcium it always ends up outside the container and all over the lid which goes everywhere so if that can be sorted please do it as white powder is very hard to clean up especially when it gets on clothes and bedding and looks very odd. This company really does care and it shows with how good quality their stock is and they are very helpful if you have any questions and are very sweet and kind hearted, I have no issues with the people at the company, I have had a really good experience buying from them it is just a few things that need to be fixed but everything else is perfect.
