I normally buy my locusts from a shop as I worry buying live food online and it them turning up dead but I asked in my tarantula group and was recommended to come here. I ordered a medium and large locusts and was surprised at their size as they are normally smaller from the shop but I'm not complaining and know to order smaller next time. Everything was packaged well and the food was fresh and all still alive. Arrived the next day from ordering. 10/10 will be buying from here from now on rather than having to travel

My chickens love these Calci worms. They are package well, they look healthy and amazingly good for my chickens. The customer service is excellent after a little computer hipcup the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently.I can highly recommend.
Don’t not order from this website as I ordered and did not receive my items and have reported it to trading standards and to my bank but need to wait 15 days before I can receive a refund which is stupid as it’s my money not happen and I reported the website 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 and I have tried and tried and tried to contact them with no joy Warning do not use these as money has come out of my bank account to there company 😡 I am reporting as fraud Would upload photo of proof but do not know how to upload and I have emailed them and nothing £51.30 is a lot of money I have reported as this could happen to anyone
Never had a bad order from this place. I've ordered crickets (black & silent), roaches (dubia & red runner) and waxworms from them and they've every time arrived in good condition with usually zero DOA. Most parcels fit through the postbox so I don't have to time orders carefully to be when I'm in. Dispatches and delivery have been exceptionally fast too.
We've used livefoods.co.uk with a repeat order for a little over three years. During this time we've had consistent deliveries with very high proportion of live stock. We've had one delayed delivery (Royal Mail's fault) which had a high fatality rate, but this wasn't Livefoods' error.All of our engagements with the post-sales support team have been excellent with fast responses and quick resolution of our enquiries. This included both changes to the frequency and cancellation of the repeat order.If they have what you want and have the delivery options you need, then they're easily recommended.
