Had a load of crickets and for some reason a random locust loose in the box. They claimed that the plastic box must have opened during transport which can’t have happened because it was completely shut to the point where I had to pull all the way around the box to get I open so there is no way it accidentally came open and then sealed itself shut again during transport. Glad I know what they are like now so that I definitely know to shop elsewhere.
