I have a repeat order for frozen mice from this company. The mice always arrive cold (I feed on the day they arrive, so no need for them to be completely frozen) and in excellent condition.Recently my order arrived and part of it was missing. I contacted the company straight away and they responded within an hour, apologising for the mishap and promising to immediately dispatch the missing item. They did so and the item arrived within 48 hours. I was very impressed with the professionalism of this company and will definitely recommend them to anyone needing supplies for their pet reptile or amphibian.
