Their billing practices lost me as a patient. My therapist was great but they cost me a lot of money I otherwise wouldn't have spent if they had been timely with their response to my inquiry over a dispute in my copayments. I received conflicting information from their reps and three months later and almost $500 later I was finally updated that they were incorrect and my copayments were much higher than originally discussed. Their billing and "support" are completely inaccessible and completely disinterested good faith business practices.
