Terrible experience. I tried getting an appointment for 10 PM. I move my schedule and at 9.55 I try to login and the provider rescheduled the appointment without any prior notice. I called the company to ask why and I was told by the agent she is not sure. Another strange thing she read out my email on file , which was different than the one they were sending me emails at. The agent told me she doesn't have the email I was getting emails on their file. How can they send appointment related emails to an email that is not on their file ??? How can I be sure they haven't sent my appointment details to other peoples email ID???? I am now more worried of a HIPAA violation than a last minute appointment cancellation. Feels like this company thinks health issues are a joke ! I do not recommend
