Scheduled an appointment. The app couldn’t confirm my insurance. I called and their system couldn’t confirm my insurance. Called and they said they’d send the issue to billing to solve. Kept calling and billing had not done any work. Had to keep calling to cancel my appointment so I wouldn’t be charged the claim and hope they would give it back. Had to cancel completely and lose $40. Going to be calling my insurance to deal with them because they refuse to help patients.
